Vintage Moves is a wellness company with a passion for dreams & vitality
Our Mission
We are passionate about lifelong vitality, and know that there are many factors that keep people well in mind, body, and spirit. Many of our movement clients are elders, having celebrated upwards of 50 birthdays, and many more than 80. We know that aging gracefully is more than possible — age does not define or limit the quality of our lives and what we contribute within our communities and families. What if we lived with the attitude “I’m always getting better?”

Hello, I’m Laura!
I’ve always moved a lot, but never loved to “exercise.” Left to my own devices, I would rather read a book while drinking tea and snuggling a dog next to me on the sofa. True - I do enjoy working and being productive, and that too can displace “exercise.”
Shortly after my husband Greg and I married in 2003, I gave up my beloved Nia practice to become a member at Greg’s gym, under the theory that we would go together and I would get into better shape. Then Colorado winter arrived and dumped so much snow on our home that instead, I shoveled us out so we could take the kids to school and get to the grocery store. My body hurt, and I was no longer interested in making it to the gym.
I went back to Nia and in 2010, took the white belt training. Two weeks later I taught my first Nia classes and I’ve never looked back, except to tell the story. Ageless Grace was soon to follow and it appealed to my inner scientist in the pursuit of understanding new developments in the area of Neuroplasticity. Then SilverSneakers and Aquatic Fitness. I love it all and bring the best of everything I’ve learned to all of my classes and programs!
“You are having an amazing influence on my health...the change in how my back feels is amazing. Thank you. What you do changes lives.”
