  • you know what to do and something always displaces consistent action in the right direction.


Why did we create healthy all ways?

To give committed participants the synergistic effect of working on their health from the three directions we specialize in

1) the subconscious mind/ energy field,

2) nutrition and

3) fitness/movement.

We’ve worked with thousands of people in these three areas separately. As we connect to our participants on a deeper level their questions, challenges and roadblocks have shown us the need to support their goals from a perspective completely outside of our client relationship with them, and in some cases outside of our area of expertise. With Laura & Jan now formulated into a dynamic teaching duo, we now we have all 3 areas of expertise to support our serious clients in meeting their goals that require mind and body to be working together, feeling better, and getting stronger in an ongoing cycle of improvement.

With the nutritional support of her GEMS teaching partner, Jan Wright, Laura Olinger added lap swimming to her personal fitness routine after a 42 year break! She also taches 6 -8 fitness and movement classes/week.
