Vintage Moves Virtual Classes are NIA+ and Ageless Grace

Nia+ m/w/f at 9-10am MST

This is our most popular movement class that has made fitness accessible to many, during and after the pandemic. Most days will be a Gentle Nia class. Modifications to adapt the moves for your body including some chair or floorwork, will be provided and encouraged. I also include elements of aqua fitness, alignment, and good ol’ calisthenics. Music supports the movement to inspire, motivate, soothe, and generate healthy movement of all body parts. Held on Zoom! Unlimited access is via our “I Can do Anything” online membership ($75/month), OR punchpasses allow you to pay for 5 or 10 classes at a time for a discount, and they never expire. Individual class drop-in is $12.

A fun, playful seated movement program that exercises brain and body, accessing the power of neuroplasticity: Ageless Grace® is a highly effective brain fitness program that keeps participants moving and thinking through the power of play. Because wellness shouldn’t have to be boring or painful – in fact, it should be fun! Laura uses a wide variety of uplifting music and is very knowledgeable and capable of making this a valuable program for all fitness levels…don’t underestimate what it can do for you! $8 per individual class, or 10 classes for $50.
