Vintage Moves provides fitness classes and education that use the intersection of science, fitness, vitality and fun for maximum benefit. Most of our clients are in the “elder” categories having celebrated upwards of 50 birthdays, many more than 80, and some more than 90, and we are committed to connecting all decades of life experience. Our approach is informed by recent research in neuroscience, empowering participants to continuously learn about their unique physical bodies and how they move, mental barriers and where they get stuck, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams vigorously. We know that age does not define, nor limit the quality of our lives and what we contribute.
